Any alternative to Vag progesterone pills???

I have had it with these progesterone pills in my vag!

They are messy and makes you feel anything but sexy.

Anyone know of any other alternatives to these pills?  I would love to talk to my doctor about alternatives.

    What are the side effects?  My doctor said it depends on her mood for what she prescribes and I would like to know the pros and cons to each.

    progesterone in oil injections...and they are very painful.  I have not heard of any oral pill that is consistently effective.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    I actually prefer the shot. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but dh has gotten really good at giving me the shot and it doesn't hurt anymore. My insurance only covers the pills, but I would rather pay out of pocket and do the shots.

    I used Crinone gel. It still went in the vag but didn't leak. Maybe ask about that?

    The Crinone gel was great-but it cost a fortune, so I went for the vaginal suppositories. They're a little messy, but I use them at night before bed, so I don't really have too many issues with them.
