I saw your post about the Pediatrician, I will definitely put a call in this week to get my name on the list. Did they offer the consult or did you specifically ask for it? The reason I ask is because DH and I cannot take off of work any more than necessary right now and I can't really be forced to have a consult. We don't have any real strong opinions on vaccinations or anything so I can't really see a reason why it would be important, if I don't like the Doctor we can always switch.

I asked about a consultation, so they might be willing to take you as a new patient without having a consultation first.  I think they do the consultations more as a service for patients/parents who have questions.  They do have weekend hours, but I am not sure if they do consultations during the weekends or if that would be more convenient for you and your husband.  Good luck!
