How do you organize/store your toddler dishes?

I am trying to organize our cabinets.  I keep E's bowls & spoons in a lower cabinet so she can get them herself- but it's always just been tossed in- does anyone have a rack or a box or tub or something that they have like to keep all of this stuff in?

We keep ours up with our dishes, but in their own pile.  Plates on the bottom, bowls stacked right on top.  I'd just use some kind of basket or wire box thingy to contain the mess.
