I'm going for my first "so what's up" appointment with my doctor tonight.
What should I ask? Its been almost 4 months since the m/c...and it took me 9 months to get ku the first time. So obviously I'm not a f/h. What is it too soon to ask for?

I would ask whatever you want to know. Have you had any testing done? They may say since it "only" took you 9 months (Instead of a year +) the first time, and have "only" had 1 m/c, that they may not think testing is necessary, but you never know. Have you had AF since the m/c, are you ovulating? What is your hcg level at?

Follow-up: my doctor told me that I do not qualify for anything. I am apparently fertile - due to getting ku - and don't have a m/c problem...because apparently 1 isn't a problem to the insurance company.
So basically after 30 minutes - I informed her exactly what I want - progesterone to be able to stimulate AF every single month (rather than every 3 like I was on before) and a prescription for progesterone suppositories so that when I get a BFP I can start on that immediately. She agreed to both those demands - and we're all good.
