Question about 1 hour glucose test?

How long do I have to be NPO (nothing to eat or drink) before the test? It's been almost 3 years since I've done this! The test will be at 8:00 in the morning. I was thinking it was past midnight but is it longer? I'm planning on taking my phenergan and reglan about 11:30 if it's ok... Thanks in advance for the advice...

I was told to eat and drink normally before the 1 hr test.

just eat normally, they only have you fast for the 3 hour. good luck!
