Can you make a 3 oz. bottle of formula?

Okay this maybe a dumb question, but here it goes... the formula instructions show 1 scoop per 2 oz. of water- but could you try to use half a scoop to make an odd oz. bottle or is it not precise enough?

Re: Can you make a 3 oz. bottle of formula?

  • You could always make a 6 oz one and split it between 2 bottles.

  • I always did. I even made 3.5 oz bottles with 1.75 scoops! Now she's up to 4 oz so we just use 2 scoops...

  • We did it all the time when 2oz wasn't enough and 4oz was too much!
  • Absolutely- we just eyeball it to make it a half scoop.

  • Yes you can. It doesn't have to be exact.
