Sorry if it's been talked about. DH and I are about to start TTC #2 and we had a bit of trouble getting pg last time and I'm planning to buy OPK's but was wondering if this was a better purchase?
Thanks for any input!

I recommend OPKs over the saliva scope. OPKs base results on luteinizing hormone (LH), which is a more reliable predicator of ovulation than the estrogen that the scope uses is. Also, there is a lot of room for wrong interpretation of the 'ferning' pattern on the scopes. Good luck!
If you want more accuracy, you can eve use a Fertility Monitor, they track information about ovulation days and periods throughout several cycles, and give your more accurate predictions.
They are more expensive than OPKs, but in the end it may be worth the cost if you get pregnant thanks to their info, and they will sure be much cheaper than a fertility treatment.
Whatever your final choice is, I wish you the best of luck!
