Can I vent for a second?

I wrote an intro about a month ago so some may remember me some may not, if not here is a quick run down. I'm 24, my husband is 30, we've been married for a little over a year and we've been together almost 6. We decided earlier this year to TTC but waited to officially start the end of June. So far we've been through one cycle with no success so we are on to our second, I just started temping this cycle as well. So here is my vent... My SIL and her husband are really nice people, I love my SIL like my own sister even though she has done a few things that make me a little perturbed at her but that's a whole other story. Anyway she has 5 kids with number 6 on the way (their goal is to be like the Duggars, to each his own I guess). My vent is that no one knows we are TTC but if I have to hear her opinion one more time that b/c I use/used BC I will go to Hell and getting pregnant is easy and if it's not then you must not be an intelligent woman. Well excuse me but not being able to get pregnant on the first try doesn't have anything to do with my intelligence. Just because you can have kid after kid after kid without trouble doesn't mean that it's the same for everyone.

At least the Duggers have a bit more "smarts" than she does...I wouldn't listen to a thing that girl has to say.  I hope she and her husband can support a family of 19 without help from the state.  GL to you and your husband! Keep your head up! Your a lot smarter than she is!

We lived in Southport prior to Westfield and it wasn't so bad. I just do not miss all the traffic on the south side!

I would like to sometimes but fortunately for her she lives quite a few states away.

Thank you ladies! I'm glad I'm not crazy for feeling this way about her comments.

I typically deal with her online through FB I've considered hiding her status updates but it's like a train wreck...I can't look away.  As far as I know they don't receive government assistance, but I know they struggle.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I know so many women who (IMO) are not intellegent at all, yet they still have children (when some of them are not very fit parents). And, there are plenty of truly smart women who have trouble/cannot have children. What the hell does intellegence have to do with it? Dumb beotch is all I have to say. I would smack the poop out of her.

Obviously intelligence has nothing to do with getting pregnant, just look at her. She is clueless and is still on number 6.
