slight ticker annoyance

I wish the ticker counter how old he was, and not how long it is until his first birthday!  Makes me feel like I don't have much time to plan for this "event"!

that would bug me too - does it automatically switch (at 6mo?) or something?

oh I just realized I don't use a bump ticker (I was thinking mine would switch at some point and just had not done it yet...)

I can't remember exactly when it switched - could be 6 months, b/c it's been annoying me for awhile now! LOL   but maybe I need to get a new one from a different site - good point.

I just made a new Lilypie ticker, and it gave me the option between counting up or down.

  AlternaTickers do this too - I like counting up, but I know a lot of people prefer counting down.
