Would you let daycare dictate where you work?
Or would you be ok with switching LO for a new opportunity? I am so torn. He has been there since he was 3 months old and he knows everyone. I want him to have stability more than anything.

i think it would depend on how good that new opportunity would be... but ultimately i don't think i would stay at a job just because i liked the daycare.
i would just weigh out the pros and cons and go from there.
