Teething/Fever ?

DS has what think are teething signs.  He has been gnawing on everything, puffy gums, drooling up a storm (I could water houseplants, I think!), fussy, cough/runny nose and now, since yesterday morning, a low grade fever (around 100.5).

The fever responds quickly to Tylenol, he is eating fine, and continues to have wet/dirty diapers (although the dirty diapers are quite loose) so I'm not sure if the pedi. will do anything if I call except tell me to wait it out.  If you LO had a fever w/teething, how long did the fever last?
