garage sale finds :)

I walked to starbucks this morning with Jack and took a detour to a few sales.  wow, great stuff - I have to admit I have not ever really made it a point to garage sale.  I might need to do this more often (especially if I can walk/ride my bike)

For $50 (included my *expensive* coffee) I got

a hiking child carrier - looks brand new and included the rain/sun attachment

a cute little xylophone/piano toy that Jack has already put to good use

a cute little bucket hat (I really didn't have the patience - or need - to look through clothes)

4 board books and 2 baby nutrition books

 

there was lots more I saw but didn't need (bob double stroller, ergo, probably cute clothes, lots of toys for older kids, and on and on).

great deals... I wish I had the patience for garage sales but lately I don't. Bella hates the stroller and has been killing my back in the carrier so we've been doing short stroller walks followed by the last part in the babyhawk. I feel like the garage sales around here have been high priced lately and I'm el cheapo when it comes to garage sales!

I LOVE garage sales. The older I get the more I love them. My gf, who is expecting in Dec., and I went a few weeks ago. She got a snap and go for $20.  Great deals.

great finds!  one of MH's friends swears by the baby super foods book.  I need to check out some garage sales around here the next few months, before it starts raining and there aren't any more!
