I like it. I wouldn't use it, but I certainly would not scoff at anyone for using it. It's a nice name, it does make me think a little of Babysitter's Club but I am old, and that is just my generation lol .

It seems to pop up on here once in a while, and the more I see it, the more I kind of like it.  It's a nice update to Valerie and Harmony...which there were a lot more of in the 80s in my area. On the flip side, it reminds me of mallard, and the meaning isn't the happiest.

I think of the ditsy character on Family Ties.  But our kids won't.  In fact I bet a lot of new moms these days are too young to make the connection.  So otherwise it is pretty.

I loved Mallory when I was a teenager. It's not my style anymore, but I still think it's a nice name. I like that it is familiar to most people without being too popular.

I immediately think of that too.

It's funny, but I think about that show a lot, because I love the name Keaton (the family's last name), and because I LOVE the name Elise (which is the mom's name, except spelled Elyse).
