Over zealous

So my DH and I have only been TTC for 5 weeks now but I'm so anxious for it to happen. Has anyone else had problems with expecting to be pregnant ASAP? I feel like such a loser for even thinking it could happen so soon. I don't want to drive my husband crazy with my premature excitement!

    I guess I just always assumed that if I had sex just once that was unprotected that I was probably going to be pregnant. After my husband and I started trying, I learned that there's only a 20% chance of getting pregnant each month. So, I know how you feel but it's been almost 8 months for us now. Hope you get pregnant soon! GL!

    I was like that too. Do yourself a favor, try not to be too obsessive. Not to be a downer, but 2 years and no bfp here.

    Also, if you get stressed, you'll stress YH for sure. It's a predictable cycle!

    I would recommend FertilityFriend.com to educate you on temping and charting so you can become more in tune with your body. Also, Taking Charge Of Your Fertility is a great read.

    I would also be cautious in your phrasing, as PP mentioned some women have been trying for upwards of 2-4 years.
