Need a new dr. ASAP I'm 28 weeks on sunday

Does anyone know of a Dr who is a great dr and listens to their patients and takes Primary Physicians Care aka (Beech Street Network) and medicare as secondary???? I really need help

So I'm in back labor but my contractions are not strong enough for them to stop them! The nurse at Labor and Delivery told me to call my dr and get an appointment to be checked out asap. When i did the dr said he has no need to see me. I have an appointment on the 28th but I am dying in pain with no help and working through it all!!!

  • I highly recommend Dr. Holden-Parker at Woman's.  She's awesome!  Not sure what insurance she accepts, though.

I don't know what all he takes but you can call Dr. Shawn Kleinpeter. He is associated with Womans and is at the Physician's Tower. You can google him and get his number.

    ditto

    The number is 225.927.5480

  • I've heard great things about both Dr Parker & Dr Kleinpeter.  I see the Schwartzenburg's; they are fabulous.  And my BFF sees Dr. Sherman who is also fabulous.

    GL!

  • With my son I used Dr. Clifford Schwartzenburg.  I was hospitilzed for 16 days while pregnant with him and saw all of the doctors in that group and all of them were great!  Dr. Clifford is now retired, so I have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Edward.  I have never had a problem with this group and they all have a great bedside manner.  Hope this helps!  BTW, the number to there office is 928-5951.  Best of luck finding a new doctor.  :-)
  • I recommend Cheree Schwartzenburg at Woman's. She is amazing.
