13dp 3dt neg. HPT no AF and horrible ... :(

Okay ladies, I pretty much know the inevitable, but I guess I just need to vent. I am 13dp3dt (IVF #3 with ICSI and AH) and have taken every kind of HPT under the sun. All were neg. I have awful cramps on my left side and I am 6 days late to top it off. What gives?

    AF probably hasn't shown b/c you are on progesterone support.

    I'm sorry - when's your beta?  I would guess the PIO (or whatever you're using) is delaying AF.  Hugs.

    Thanks. I'm using PIO (1cc). My beta is Monday.

    Jeez - that's a late beta!  Any chance they would get you in sooner so you can stop the PIO if need be?  Hang in there.

    Yep, they've always done them late. Monday is the soonest now, since they only do them on weekdays before 10:00 unfortunately.
