What is the deal with this Taylor Momsen chick??? She is 16 and looks like she rolled out of a gutter after a weekend heroine bender. Where are HER parents??!?! She is always dressed like this too, on Perez it said that there were pics of her with her tampon string hanging out. Tongue Tied She was the girl who was Cindy Lou Who in the Grinch......I guess a lot has changed...eek.

    She is on Gossip Girl - which I LOVE.

     

    And say what you want about Miley Cyrus, but at least she contains her slutiness to onstage. This winner walks around town like this all day long. And smokes like a chimney. She has been dressing like this for a couple years too. Niiiice.
