A little worried after peri apt

We saw our peri today for our 30 week appointment and things are going well, the babies are at great weights our little boy is 5 pounds and our little girl is 4 pounds 3 ounces. The only thing that has me worried is that he said I'm either a really good baby maker or he is concerned I might have gestational diabetes because they are growing so big and well so fast. I passed the 1 hour glucose test at 24 weeks but now he wants me to take the 3 hour test. =( I just really hope I'm just good and making babies and I don't have diabetes. Has anyone else been told this or experienced this? Anyone pass the 1 hour test and have to take the 3 hour test only to fail that one? I don't know what to think and I'm worried. TIA

I failed both the 1hr and the 3hr tests (barely failed the 3hr). The GD diet really isn't all that bad, I only had to make *minor* changes to my regular diet - ie, no cereal, juice or milk for breakfast (I eat eggs/toast) and less carbs/sugar throughout the day. Testing bloodsugar 4x a day isn't that bad either, just getting a little annoying

why no milk?  Yikes...all I eat is cereal and milk I swear.

I hope everything comes back normal for you.  Those are good sized babies... our boys were born at 30w3d and at a little over 3lbs. each they were considered "big" 30 weekers.  Good luck I hope you just grow big ones (c:
