I received a text from Dina that they have decided to take her son off the ventilator. He has extensive brain damage and is suffering.
From here I will let her re-join the boards when she is ready. For all of us who have had success after IF and babies in our arms, give those babies extra hugs and kisses.
Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers in the past few days. Despite the horrible outcome, the support is wonderful.
Re: final BenandDina update
I'm so sorry..sitting here crying at my desk..I didn't really know her from the boards but remember a little...nobody should have to go through this pain..not fair..they will all be in my prayers.
That is so awful and heartbreaking. I will continue to keep Dina and her family in my thoughts and prayers.
