DH gave me a huge lecture last night about just enjoying the rest of this week and taking it easy. He told me to sleep in! I was laying there, trying to sleep just before 8am and my phone rings. It was the HR lady for my job interview tomorrow. She wanted to make sure I still wanted the position and ask if I could make it over to the office at 9am instead of 1130a. I told her I was "absolutely" interested and she almost squealed on the phone. Then when I told her I only lived about 4 miles from the office she basically squealed again. The office is kind of out in the boonies and I imagine most of the qualified applicants come from a big town 30+ miles away. So I guess lucky for me I love close!! Another thing she said was that she had the entire day open for interviews. That also tells me they aren't interviewing a pile of people. OMGIFIGOTTHISJOBTHATWOULDSOLVEALLOURPROBLEMS!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Ok, I have to go dig out a suit to wear, get my hair cut, do my nails, make sure my heels are polished up, print out some resume copies.... what else am I forgetting?
It's 9am here - so much for being lazy!! ![]()
Re: Well, I tried to be lazy.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle!
