When do/did you take them? (weekly, monthly, never) I take them weekly, although I have missed a week here and there.
What do/did you do with them? I put them on my blog (the-hallways.blogspot.com) with my pregnancy updates, and plan to make a blog book out of all of the posts and other baby related posts at some point.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? I'm really glad I have done them. I think it will be a great thing to look back on, and to compare to future pregnancies. And its just fun to see my progress and see how little my belly was when I used to think it was so big.
Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) No, and I don't plan to. I love getting pictures of everything, and think other's maternity pictures are beautiful, but we are waiting and having a bunch taken with our little guy after he is born.
When do/did you take them? (weekly, monthly, never) Weekly, but I missed a few here and there.
What do/did you do with them? I put them in the belly book, and put one from each month in Bs baby book/scrapbook, and posted some on my blog.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? Nope, I just wish I had remembered every week.
Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) Yes, we had them done and included the dog in some. I love them and I think they help me remember the beautiful part of being pregnant, rather than the miserable part.

Yes. We started as soon as we got our BFP so we could see the changes as soon as they started.

Every Sunday. I don't know why, but that's what we do.

I have "The Belly Book" pregnancy journal, & I put the picture in there for each week.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of?
Nope. Weekly has been perfect for us. It's fun to look back & see the progress each week.

I haven't, and at this point I'm not planning to, only because of cost. I can't see paying a couple hundred dollars for pictures that I probably won't hang up around the house (I would maybe hang one in the nursery, but that's it). I do wish that I had 1 or 2 really nice pictures, and it would be nice to have some good pics of DH & I together, but I just can't justify the cost.

Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? I wish I had more pictures of me with the bump doing fun things. Instead of just the weekly pictures.
Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) Nope. And I am glad I didn't. I never felt cute. I always hated any picture I saw of myself while pregnant. I would have been upset if I paid a bunch of money for them and was dissappointed.

Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) I doubt I will. Like some pp's I want to have newborn pics taken and just can't justify spending the $$ twice. But I think other people's photos are amazing and a wonderful keepsake!

What do/did you do with them? I put them in my blog every week, which I'm planning to print out and make into some sort of a book eventually or just a make a photobook through snapfish. I originally planned to do a PG scrapbook, but I'm so behind on my scrapbooking that I know it's not realistic.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? I think I did it just enough. I started before a had a real bump and I'm glad that I have all the pics now for a comparison. I even enjoy looking at them now to see how much my belly has grown in just a few weeks time.
Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) I originally planned to do them, but when I looked into it, the photog I found in this area was really pricey. I decided that as nice as they would have been to have, I think I'd rather save the money and spend it on pics of the baby later. DH is also not into pictures like I am so it's tough convincing him of things like this that I insist that we "need" to do. I'm lucky that I got a babymoon! If one of our fabulous DW girls was in my area, it would be whole different story

What do/did you do with them? Sent them to friends & family that do not live near me....which is pretty much everyone!!

What do/did you do with them? Sent them to friends & family that do not live near me, post them on here, and I plan on putting them in a book form that includes the first pics of the baby.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? I'm glad that I'm doing them this time. When I was pregnant with Rowen I took 4 pics. Its nice to look back and see which weeks my belly really grows.

Did you get maternity pics? (if you didn't, do you wish you did?) Yes, by two different photogs but I'm in a position where I can pay in services instead of paying cash for them. However, I'd still want them if I was paying cash, but I'd stick to just one photog!
Dana, I'm glad you did this poll! I'm thinking about whether to do maternity pics or not.

What do/did you do with them? Once we're "public", I'll post them on Facebook....I'll put them on my blog and I'll put them in baby's book too.

When do/did you take them? (weekly, monthly, never) I took them whenever my sis would call and tell me she needed one.
What do/did you do with them? She is a scrapbooker and needed them for the book she made for A-man.
Is it something you wish you had done more or less of? I hated it and only did it b/c she made me, but looking back I'm glad I have the few that I do.
