YES. It is the number one thing on my list because you will NOT remember last time LO ate, took meds, etc. I use it to track feedings and when I pump since I EP. I don't know what we'd do without it.

It was a waste for us because I needed to keep a more accurate journal the first couple weeks. I had to supplement so I kept track of when, how much, whether I pumped too, etc. And we didn't bother keeping track of diapers, and I breastfeed on both sides. So a waste for us, but I know others really liked theirs.
Oh and I've never had a problem of keeping track of when we fed (once I quit supplementing and quit journaling it all). It is just one of those things I remember well. Probably because he takes an entire hour to eat.
I ended up just writing down feedings and diaper changes for about a week. After that point I stopped as there seemed to be enough of a pattern to not have to follow along any more.
If you have an iPhone, I recommend the "Total Baby" app. It's $4.99 (I think) and you can keep very specific notes within each category. It has timers for Feeding, Diapers, Bath, Sleep, and one Misc. timer. It also has a section for milestones and doctor visits. After each visit if you enter in LOs height and weight, it will tell you what percentage they have grown since their last visit. I have been testing it with DD and it's worked out quite well. Fun to use, too!

I ended up returning mine because I found an iPhone app called "Baby Activity" that keeps track of everything and even keeps records of it. If you have an iPod Touch or an iPhone, I'd recommend that app instead.
It has been very helpful for me. At first it was nice because I was so worn out from the hospital that I had a hard time keeping track of everything. Now that I'm dealing with a clogged duct and trying to BF or pump every 2 hours to break it up, its nice to have the reminder!
I live by mine. You just hit a button and it keeps track of everything. It's also great for passing information to your DH/SO. It's hard for people to give advice on it if they've never opened it, I would think.
Yes I like it. The days and hours all merge together and I would always forget the last time he ate and what breast I last started on. I don't use all the features but the feeding and breast side were lifesavers.
Yes! I read about it on here and then got one from one of my showers. I love it because when things are so hectic (especially in the beginning) it was nice to know when the last time I fed him or changed him was. Definitely register for one (plus they are cheap)!
we bought one and i love it. i had a c-section, so i used the sleep button to remember the last time i took my meds (i never time sleep). i def use the diaper button, formula button and misc button. i use the misc button to let me know when he last pooped. it's especially good because my hubby will get up with him sometimes and all he has to do is look at the timer to know when he last ate. we love our ITZBEEN!
We only kept track of her diapers and feedings the first week and used a chart provided by the hospital, but we haven't used anything since. She poops and eats every 2-3 hours like clockwork and sleeps pretty much all day, so I haven't had a need to. Obviously I can't comment on the timer, but just my two cents on the keeping track aspect.
Re: Itz Been baby timer?
This. I bought it and it just sat there.
