Nothing that dries you up (i.e. Sudafed, Benadryl-like stuff, etc.); it may affect your supply.  I took nothing other than small doses of cough drops (menthol is also not recommended in large doses).  If you need more specifics go to kellymom.com or contact your local LLL leader (https://www.llli.org/).  HTH!
