How does your DS like that Leapfrog writing thingie (words escape me right now) that he got for his bday? I'm thinking it might be good for our upcoming long car trip.

    Yes! The Scribble & Write. He really likes it. In fact, tomorrow is "Toy Day" at daycare - where the kids are allowed to bring a toy from home, and I think that's the toy he is going to choose to take with him.

    Awesome! We'll pick it up this weekend. DD had better not peek in the spare bedroom anytime in the next week. There's all sorts of surprises for her in there! But with 16 hrs in the car plus two cross-country flights, I think a few new items will go a long way to our sanity. She's gonna flip when she sees new markers.
