Hello Everyone:

This is a follow up from my other posts but to keep you all up to date and to get all of your feedback I am stating the following. Last Wed. I went to the gyno to get some blood drawn so they can test my hormones. I called the gyno today b/c I haven't heard from them almost a week later and the lady told me the following, please feel free to tell me your thoughts. I am waiting to hear back from the gyno as to where we are supposed to go from here since I am on Povera (day 6) to jumpstart my period. I have been told that within a week after finishing the pills (and I will take my last pill on Sat.) that I should receive a period so I can then start taking chlomid. I guess we will see what happens but I'm praying for a period since I haven't had one since Feb. 1st. Have any of you used Povera? Does it work? What are your thoughts?

 Anyway, the nurse told me my testosterone and pre testosterone came back high. My testosterone was 85 and the normal is between 2-45. My pre-testosterone came back high as well. It was an 8.4 and the normal is between a .1 - 6.4.

 I am waiting to hear back from the gyno as to where we go from here since I am on Povera and since last Tuesday they told me that I MIGHT have PCOS. However, today I forgot to ask them if I for sure have PCOS. Therefore, I am hanging in mid air and would love to hear what all of you gals think. Please feel free to leave your thoughts. I would appreciate all of your feedback, good or bad, since my hubby and I are TTC and I feel like this is another speedbump. Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Did you ever want AF so bad??? lol!! I just wanted to say good luck! I hope that you hear something from your obgyn soon!

I'm sorry but what is AF? All of you gals have this lingo that I can't understand... lol. There has to be a cheat sheet for something like this, is there? lol.

AF is your period (aunt flo). 

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting on results from your doctor.  My testosterone level also came back high.  Those levels, the cysts around my ovaries, and my lack of ovulation/cycles equaled PCOS for me.

When I took Provera my spotting started after my last pill one time and I think while I was taking the pills another time. 

I hope you start a new cycle soon and can start Clomid.  Good luck!!
