That sounds good to me. We could collect money via paypal  and then maybe go in on a visa giftcard or something like that that they could use for whatever they need?

Hi sweetie!  I suggested this the last time they were at St. Jude's and of course everyone was on-board with that suggestion.  However, Rachel suggested that we send encouragement cards for Kellie to her (Rachel's) address (they are BFF's IRL).  Luckily, their housing is paid for by St. Jude's.  I know that Rachel will let us know if more is needed.

If you'd like, I could send your Rachel's address.  Regardless, I know that we're all praying for sweet Ella and for now, maybe that's the most important thing.

Thanks Fran! I have the address. I remember you suggesting it-I just wanted to check and see since they are back there again. If and when it's appropriate to do a gift card I'd love to do it.

I talked to Kellie yesterday and she said the procedure went well and they would know more today. She said little Ella is being a champ through all of this. )

When I talk to her today, I'll see what all is being provided by St. Jude to them, and ask her if there is anything specific they need. I'll let you guys know ASAP. Right now I know she is just asking for prayers that they find out what is wrong with little Ella. She just wants a healthy baby and to be able to look forward to new milestones instead of having to worry about her platelets. (
