UTI AZO and breastfeeding

I am EBF and I am fairly positive I have a UTI.  As it's sunday I can't get into to see a Dr. until tomorrow.  Until then do you think AZO standard is safe to use?  I couldn't find a rating on Kellymom for it but the AZO site said it ranked as a category B for pregnant women but no ranking for breastfeeding.  I really don't want to go through the day in pain if I can help it.

I don't know what's in AZO, but could you try cranberry juice? That always helps me (and a healthy dose of Tylenol, of course).

Is there an after hours number at your doc's office you could call to ask? Maybe a nurse line? Or you could call CVS/Walgreens/Rite Aid and ask the pharmacist. Otherwise I'd just drink cranberry juice and take some Tylenol. Hope you can find some relief, UTIs stink!
