bright red spotting! help!

Well,

  I had a mc mar 2010. we found out we were pregnant again at begininning of may. I think i am a little over 5 weeks. last night, I had some large drops of bright red blood in my underwear and when i wiped i had more. I quickly tapered off and quit for the night. I thought i was in the clear and woke up this morning and had the same thing happen. I don't know if I am cramping or if it is nerves. I am not in any pain and no low back pain. I plan on calling my doc at 800am but i need some help and advice. Is this another mc? Does anyone have any insight as to what could be causing bright red blood??????????????

I really don't know.  Try to stay calm until you talk to your doc.  Thinking of you.

It could be, but I had bright red spotting the 1st time around and did not miscarry.

bright red spotting is always so scary.  Try not to panic..wait until you talk to the doctor.  I'm sending good thoughts your way!

So sorry! that's what happened to me last year. Hang in there. Let it take it's course.
