5 weeks pregnant.

I am five weeks pregnant after m/c in December. I am so paranoid something is going to go wrong. Before I got my BFP, I sprayed our kitchen with Ortho Home Defense Insecticide and now I am so afraid that it's going to hurt our baby. I can't find anything reassuring on the internet- Just terrifying things about neural tube development and the harmful affects of pesticides. I wish I could go back and undo that.

I'm prretty sure that I read that before you know you are pregnant, the placenta isn't attached, so the baby couldn't have ingested any fumes or anything. It isn't until after 4 weeks or so that it starts to matter. Relax! There's nothing you can do about it now, so stay positive!  That's the best thing you can do for your baby!

Congratulations!  I am sorry for your loss in December.  I constantly worry as well.  Stay away from the internet!!!!  Trust me!  This will become your worst enemy.  I have learned that.  I look up things to try to make me feel better and then I only feel worse and get paranoid.  Good luck!  Wishing you a h&h 9 months.

This. I know it's hard but try not to over think it. It's done and over with and the mulling over it will not change that fact.
