I've been allergic to cabbage for about 7 yrs. Tonight, because I'm an idiot, I had a Chinese dumpling with dinner.

I've been picking pieces of cabbage out of salads and other foods for years and haven't had any ill effects - and I'm sure I've missed some pieces along the way. I am super diligent about my other food allergies - I have an instant anaphylactic reaction to bananas, avocadoes and a few other foods.

The cabbage allergy isn't as severe. But I'm definitely an idiot. And I'm definitely allergic to cabbage. I'm not sure if it was worth it, but it tasted really good!

Allergies suck. I'm sorry you are dealing with that. I am allergic to shellfish, so I know it's hard

ugh that is so hard!  I know when I was dealing with Olivia's food allergies it was so difficult!
