I am dying for an iced black tea from Starbucks... My doc said one caffienated drink a day is fine. Does that mean I can have one VENTI caffienated drink? There's a lot of ice.
Sorry... this is a dumb question but it sounds SOOOOOOO good.
You are all right. I guess I just wasn't sure if there was a TON of caffiene in the tea... and I have heard certain teas are a "no no" but wasn't sure about black! Guess I could use good ol GOOGLE if I had to.
I drink 1-2 giant bottles of Tejava black tea a day and my baby has yet to develop a second head...haha...go for it. There are a lot of things that you could consume that are worse for you then some iced tea.

Challenged Soy and tolerated it.
FYI. It's more important to know the actual caffeine content than some silly rule about 1 per day. Drinking 3 with 50 mgs each is better than drinking one with 200.
I've heard to stay away from Green Tea because it takes away the folic acid you are getting from your multi vitamin. I've been drinking black tea all along.

You are right... and I do pay attention to how much caffiene is in things... thank you for the Starbucks chart tho
Black tea is not high in caffeine. Plus the fact that starbucks make a concentrate and adds 3/4 of water to the pitcher. Then they had another 3/4 water to your cup. Trust me your not getting much tea in that drink. My sister in law works there so I watch I make them for me
