That's great!  How did you go about finding someone?  I have been thinking about doing this but I don't know where to start looking for someone that has IF expertise.

I think it's called Acupuncture of the Sandhills.  Missred, is that where you went.  I was also looking at another place.  I'm contemplating calling them too.

I love acupuncture! When you go make sure to try to relax and breathe. I find it completely relaxing and usually fall asleep during the session. Have fun!

I love Samantha. She is awesome. There's another one in Siler City called Stillpoint Accupuncture. I just started with them because Samantha was a little too far away. I hope you love it!

Don't be nervous!! It's great!! You will love it.  It's a great time to just relax and not have ANY distractions.

Don't be nervous...it's actually not painful at all and VERY relaxing. It's great to have time set aside each week to just take some time out and relax without any distractions. I actually schedule my appointments on Wednesdays on purpose...that way I can get rid of the stress of the first half of the week and go into the second half of the week feeling good!
