DD is already in a size 7. She can wear some of her size 6's but barely. My friends 2.5 year old doesn't even wear a 7 yet. Anyway this is just an out of curiousity question.
But he has friends who are 20 months one in a 7 and the other in a 4, both in the 15-20th% for weight. I think this is one of those things that is a wide range of normal.
He wears a 6, but I bought him sandles for the summer in a 7 because he is getting close to being out of sixes.

4 in Crocs, 5 in everything else. Her feet really haven't grown that much since last summer. She was in 4s then. My daughter is a peanut though. She's only in the 4% for weight.
