Check out the July and August 2008 archives for nursery progress. (it's more fun if you start in July and work your way up to August for before, during, and after).
Oh - and don't mind the belly pics... you're going to see them right away.
These were taken when I was still pregnant and before we bought his rug and put some frames up. Other things have been changed since then, but I don't have any new photos.
Here are the pictures of my little girls room...I love how everything came together. Still missing a few frames and wall ledges that I need to put up...
ILoveLucy, I love your little girl's room It looks like we have similar taste. Can you please tell me where you got the pink raw silk curtains? We are moving in the next week or so to our new house and whereas DD's nursery in our condo only has one window, her new room has two. I loooove the curtains I have for her now but unfortunately they are old PBK ones that are discontinued (I found them on eBay). Anyway, the ones you have in Emelie's room look like they might coordinate well with the ones I have now. TIA!
Thanks for the compliments! Emma's room is super cute too...I actually bought those curtains from the Shabby Chic line from Target. They were about $20 a piece but they're wide so I used one on each side of the window. The good thing about them also is that they have that lining that blocks the sun.
Currently, I'm in love w/ this nursery. I really like it, especially for g/b. The decals are all adorable! And I think it would look cute also for a b/b room. But not 100% settled on it. : )

And I'm also obsessing over these elephant decals! I think I woun't paint the walls pink (too much IMO) and keep the bedding more focused on different patterns, as opposed to elephants and / or flowers. Less dainty. I was a bit traumatized growing up w/ pink overload and flowers everywhere! LOL

Re: s/o nurseries yesterday
I'm a little partial to our (gender neutral) nursery.
The only pictures of it are on my old blog that I haven't updated in nearly a year.

I just started looking, but here are a few that are starting to get my inspiration going:
modern look; https://designdazzle.com/pages/ModBabyRoom224.htm
love the French theme and stenciling in this one: https://designdazzle.com/pages/Nnurseryfrenchdiva50.htm
but I like the colors of this one: https://designdazzle.com/pages/nursery485.htm
unique crib: https://designdazzle.com/pages/ShabbyChicNurseryAmyHeil.htm
nice color scheme: https://designdazzle.com/pages/BabyContemporaryPad140.htm
I have to keep looking to narrow down what I want and I think once we find out the sex, it will come together more easily.

MrsJessNJorge - Love the nautical theme! I've always dreamed of this for a boy's room. : )
Rach - I remember when you were prepping the nursery, that your mom or MIL painted the murals?! They are amazing. : ) Adorable.

The nautical room is beautiful! Yeah, my MIL did the murals in DD's room. When we move one day I'll be so sad to leave that room.
