This is totally silly, but both my mom and DH learned different lyrics for the end of the ABC song. I sing "Now I know my ABCs, next time won't you sing with me." They both sing something else (can't remember exactly) and keep arguing with me. It's weird since I was raised by my mom, so I obviously learned that part somewhere else.
Anyhow, what do you sing? Settle the argument for me! I noticed Elmo sings what I do, so I'm inclined to think I'm "right," but I have no idea. I don't want DS to get too confused.
Re: Which lyrics do you use/are correct?
I sing what you sing, LOL
I think that is what the Leapfrog fridge letter thingy things too....if not, I totally sing over it whenever DS is pushed the button

I agree, lol. I have never heard this version and I taught PreK and Kdg
Growing up I said the same as you but I like "Now I've sung my ABC's. Next time won't you sing with me?" better.
i sing it your way, but dd sings" now i know my abc's, next time won't you sing abc's" we try to correct her everytime.
