Crap - Wrong name spelling on Itinerary - WDYT?

I booked a trip for my parents and just faxed her the info for the flight tonioght, apparently I misspelled my moms name! lol. Is this an issue?

    I was going to suggest calling too.  When I have booked flights recently, they have in bold lettering to double check the spelling of names because they must be correct!
