FYI - I really do NOT recommend using Desitin with CDs, even with a liner, unless you always wash the liners and wipes w/Desitin on them separate from the diapers. You will get awful fish stink (Desitin has fish oil in it) in the dipes and it is disgusting if you wash them together.
But we use triple paste all the time with liners, washing wipes and liners with the CDs, and that has not been an issue for us at all.

This is true for regular Desitin, but not for Desitin Creamy.
I have purchased some CD safe ones but I don't want to take any chances with the helpers we'll have...
I had to do this, too. I put a liner in every diaper just in case when we had all the Grammas visiting.
Plus, the CD safe creams never were able to cure my son's rash. Once he is rash free they do a good job of preventing, but Triple Paste was the only thing to cure him when it got really bad.

That is cute.
There are some great CD safe creams though. I've been using the Angel Baby Bottom Balm (during teething) and I love it.
