ETA: if it's siggie- make sure the bolded part is at the end of your code (not bolded). you can adjust the number to make it as big or small as you would like.
I think the problem is when you copy it from tinypic, it already has [img] thrown in there and that needs to go away.
What I do when I change out my pictures is just copy the text from http: through .jpg and then paste it in the same spot as the old siggie code. I never delete ALL of the code and that way only the picture changes. Does that make sense?
