haha! same here... of course i'm also the CFO & COO! 
DH is so laid back with most stuff and i am not. ha.. so i fall into those roles naturally and it works for us.

Nope. He is usually off working long hours and saturdays (sometimes helping out someone on a sunday here and there) it's like he is never home. I guess you could say I am the keeper of our schedules and stuff, as DH has told someone before it's like I am a single mom but still married. Plus if something comes up he always agrees with me (because that is what he wants to do)

this is us too! i'm always joking that i'm a married single mom lol

I hope you have better sense and get to know the ins and outs of bill paying and your financial situation soon. Do you know how dangerous a situation it is to know NOTHING of your finances?

Yikes no kidding! My mom was always that way and had no interest in learning any of it. Everytime my dad tried to get my mom to go through finances with him they would have a fight. I decided a long time ago I would never be in the dark about anything.

As far as the 'leader' of our house.. it depends on who you ask. I say he is but he says I am, I'm pretty sure he's right

We are a pretty good team. In some areas he is naturally more of a leader as well as I'm the leader in other areas. It's all about collaboration of our strengths.

Pretty much this. He takes the lead at what he is good at, I lead with what I'm good at, and we work as a team to get it all done.  It nice knowing that you don't have to do everything yourself and at the same time being appreciated for being a rockstar at a certain task.
