hypoallergenic soap

so Emerson has sensitive skin & has a rash & Dr gave us an RX for a cream & said to use aquaphor, as well.  He also told me to get a hypoallergenic soap.  Anyone have a good brand to recommend?  I think I'd like one that is all natural as well. anyone have any recommendations?

We use California Baby Super Sensitive.  You can get it at BRU, Whole Foods, or Target.  We use Aquaphor as well

Doctor recommended we use a bar soap that is alcohol and scent free...she suggested Dove so that is what we got.  Just started using it yesterday though.
