admitted over weekend

sooo, my blood pressure just wont go down. Had my 1st EVER hospital overnight stay. This little girl is doing GREAT. strong heart beat, constant movement but she's killing me (just joking) doubled my meds Labetalol 200mg three times a day...still high! swollen feet but no other symptoms. Oh and at 33 wks had my first internal by the nurse...not as bad as everyone says, actually i was cool with it.

Anyway, I just want my BP to go down some cuz 179/108 is NOT COOL!!!...Doc put me on 24hr bed rest and i was about to go crazy!!! you ladies that have to be on bed rest I applaud you!!!  I just dont know what else to do...I dont eat salt, I stay off my feet as much as possible and Im so not stressed...I just dont know. Doc said if it doesnt get better he will induce me at 36-37wks. My appt is this Fri so we shall see. OH AND I HAD TO DO A 24 hr urine...can we say ewwww...lol...now im a nurse and I have my patients do this test all the time but. Nurses and Doctors are the worst patients. Ive never had to do that before...LOL...its funny now!

Sometimes high BP just happens, even though you eat healthy, stay off your feet, etc. 

24 hr. bed rest = more Bump time.  Have someone rent you some good movies and/or get a good book.  G/L.
