paprika, salt, pepper, mustard, chopped chives and/or parsley, pickle relish, and sometimes really finely chopped celery.

ETA: forgot about mayo.

Next time I make them I am going to try whipping the mixture with my kitchenaid rather than just stirring it by hand.  I think that will make it more light and fluffy looking.

Garlic powder, minced green onion, dill, & black pepper then I top them with paprika.

Love them! (even though they repulse me right now!)
