Neither really. It's been at least 5 years since I've been to Walmart and I will once in a blue moon go to Target. I think I went 6 weeks ago to get a filter for my faucet and a gift bag for a baby gift.
Target and Walmart are right across the street from each other, and both 1 mile down the road. Target always wins! The Walmart is not bad, it's kind of a nicer one and newer but something about that place gives me the heebie jeebies. I did buy HPTs there though because I could use the self check out... when we got them at Target the cashier gave DH a funny look.
I married a ginger.

I shop at WM for groceries and regular everyday stuff. I go to Target for baby gifts and cute decor and stuff like that. Target is more expensive for groceries and stuff.

Although Target IS more expensive I am usually willing to pay more not to have to deal with the filth of the store and the horrible service!
That being said - every once in a while I get a bug to just go walk around in there...

Target has cuter clothes and stuff. Wal-Mart is catching up though! They have a couple of cute lines. Wal-Mart is so much closer to me than Target and I know my way around the store in my sleep!

They are right across the street from eachother about 5 minutes from my house. I pretty much refuse to go to Walmart. I go to Target at last once a week though! I love that place!

I worked for Walmart one summer in college and I can't bring myself to go there, although I do shop at Sam's for bulk items like TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Target for everything else.
