kids haircut place in cary or raleigh area

I'm finally giving in and taking DS to get his hair cut!! I love his curls so much and dont want to lose them but when its not curly he looks too much like a lil girl or has a mullet. Where would u ladies recommend taking him for a the big first haircut!

We took Natalie to Kids Kutz in Wake Forest.  They have little car type chairs for them to sit in, DVDs for them to watch to keep them distracted while cutting their hair, and they take a photo and give you a certificate with a clip of their hair for their 1st cut.

Nicolas has had 4 haircuts!! They have all been at snip-its at brier creek.

We went to Snip-its in Brier Creek as well.  In all honesty, it was not the best haircut.  However, the lady was great at keeping him occupied!  It was fun for a first cut.  However, next time my stylist said he would try and cut DS hair.
