Pregnancy for Dummies show on Disc Health

There's an hour long show on the first trimester on right now. This is the lamest thing I've ever seen!

I wonder how many women are randomly around at 11:30 on a Monday who are seeing this and actually finding it valuable...

    It's a fairly pointless show.  I've watched it before, and it seems like 98% of it should be common sense!  Also, they spend like 20 minutes talking about how wives tales don't work, and go into detail about wives tales.  Ugh, what a waste!  To me people swearing by wive's tales is really really annoying!

    I watched it in my first pregnancy every now and again...mostly on days that nothing else was on TV and it was super lame!!
