When to start mucinex and how much water questions?

Just wondering when to start mucinex and how much water to drink and when to start it before o'ing.  Just finished clomid for the first time. Is it ok to do the mucinex? I have no CM except for dry crubling kind.....Thanks in advance

    It depends on your cycle.  I usually start taking it a day or 2 before I know I am going to O.  You should always drink lots of water, it really helps with cm.  Honestly, any liquids are good - except for too much caffeine.
