Did you guys decide to do a screened porch? I am asking because my DH was talking to one of our neighbors last night and he is going to do one at his house. He saw the one that the people at the first house when you come in to our neighborhood did, liked it, went to their house and asked them to take a look around and got the name of who did it. He got a few different quotes and said that company came in far less expensive and the work looked really good. Anyway, Dh didn't get the name of the company from our neighbor, but I will go and ask him tonight if you are still looking it to that. Let me know!

That's so funny!  We actually stopped by that house (the one at the front) and they invited us in to check out their porch.  It is EXACTLY what we wanted and he did a really high quality job.  We got the guy's # and he's coming over today to look around and give us a quote.    I know he's doing one at the house at the intersection of your street and mine right now!  Popular guy around here, I guess.  I'm hoping we can get him booked and get ours up within the month.
