what nipples do you use on the ready to feed similac bottles? 8 oz ones

I had nipples left over from the hospital and now I decided to use this formula set up since I stopped breastfeeding..but where do u get the nipples? Do any nipples from bottles like Dr. Brown's fit on them, the 8oz. ready to feed bottle?

I bought a box of the similac ready to feed bottles to supplement, but I actually poured some into the same bottles that I feed LO BM out of because once you feed with the bottle it says you can only save for 1 hour, and if you pour into a bottle, the rest is good for 48 hours. My LO only eats about 3 oz at a feeding, so I didn't want to waste.

The Dr. Brown's standard size nipples will fit the bottles. Those are the ones we used before we switched to Good Start formula. I think any standard size nipple and screw ring should fit the bottle. Although pp has a very good point. We never reached the 8 ounce bottles. I just offered LO two 2 ounce bottles for less waste.

I never knew this. It says on the similac website that once baby touches formula it is good fro only an hour and if the ready to feed bottle is opened it is only good for 2 hours if untouched.

I use the rings and nips from my Medela bottles.  I keep the ready-made bottles & nips in my car for on-the-go bottles (sooo much easier than dealing w/ powder).
