How long do I cook red potatoes?

Are you chopping and roasting them? If so, I think 30ish minutes. I usually have to cook them longer because my husband likes them really crispy. I think I leave them in for about 45 minutes.

Until you put a fork in them and they're soft.  Maybe ten to fifteen minutes.

ETA-I thought you meant boil them.

In boiling water, til they are soft...about 20-25 minutes.  Just check them with a fork.

If you're baking them, you can soften them in the microwave with a little butter and then bake for 15 minutes or so.

Boiling them would not take that long, but I don't have an estimation of time.
