For walks, i put LO in the carrier facing front. We use the Infantino Cozy Ride and it has been great so far. Now he's 15 lbs and I feel like I'm carrying a sack of potatoes on my chest.
He holds his head up great, so I'd love to put him on my back (without using a Moby). Thoughts?
Re: Recs on back carriers, please
My favorite is the Beco Butterfly. Very easy for back carries (like putting on a backpack) and very snug and extremely comfortable.
You can definitely still use front carries at 15+ pounds, but in order for it to be comfortable, baby needs to face in. I can wear my 17 pounder for a long time on the front facing in in my Beco or a wrap. It's the facing out that kills you
Oooh the Beco looks so cute!
Thanks for the facing in tip, too. Facing him out is killing me

I definitely agree! We love our Beco, especially for back carries.
